2) Bank deposit: The bank deposit should be made within three (3) working days from the day of your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. The number of your order and your name should be included at the payment’s description. The bank charges are borne by your side. After the deposit, we kindly advise you to send an email at email@example.com to notify us about your payment (bank receipt, number of your order, full name). Your order will be processed after we receive the money to our bank account.

3) Debit or Credit or Prepaid card: All transactions are processed through the electronic payment platform ‘’Alpha e-commerce’’. We accept payments:

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
If for any reason, you wish to return a product, you have the right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received it, by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. At your e-mail, you should inform us about the product you ordered, the order number, your bank account details and the courier that you will choose to return the product. As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you.
We accept returns, with the receipt and only if no intervention has been made on the product and its packaging. You should contact us before you return the product to the company and return it within ten (10) working days from the date of withdrawal. As soon as we receive the product we will deposit your money to your bank account within ten (10) working days. Delivery and bank charges are borne by the customer.
We do not accept changes.
If you receive a product that has a defect please notify us, within two (2) working days via email at email@example.com including a photograph of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible. Bear in mind that, behind the beauty, real leather is a natural product that display marks that are perfectly normal.
